The Gallery

Rapping mirrors around the vanity enhances a smaller bathroom. The use of sconce lighting in warm tones through the mirrors doubles the effect of the lights, and creates a homey feeling. The brass faucet springing from the mirrored wall above the multi-tiered vanity, with stone countertop and vessel sink adds an extreme elegance to this space.

Home of the designer of First Star Design and Construction Living/dining area. We created extra storage space by putting the wall cabinets, that were left over when we opened the kithen wall, on the floor. We then topped them with granite to match the kitchen.

This beautiful kitchen showcases Maple recessed panel cabinets, granite countertop and backsplash in Black Galaxy, undermount sink, and elegant appliances.

All this luxury in a guest bathroom.

We turned this flat wood slab door into a distinctive six panel showpiece.

These hallway columns add an elegance, while separating hallway and living room spaces.

Simple, but elegant lighting enhance this richly layered faux finished space.

We specialize in natural stone countertops. Both functional and stunning.

Floors installed on the diagonal make a tight space appear larger. The faux finished walls compliment the beauty of the natural stone floors.

This impressive kitchen is not in a palatial single family home, but a high-rise condo.

The warm tones of these cherry cabinets are highlighted by the light walls, and white ceiling and trims.

This free standing refrigerator is made to look like a fully intergrated built-in unit by adding cabinet panels.

This bathroom features two-person massage tub, pedestal sink, separate Grohe shower with three body sprays, and a washer/dryer hidden behind frosted glass doors (not shown).

Our philosophy is: When you can see the kitchen from the living room, then the kitchen had better be spectacular, especially when you are competing with a gorgeous Lake Michigan view.

We love to find places for niches. Use them now or let the variation in the surface be its own decoration. Here, it adds texture to the entryway.

We added multiple levels in this kitchen to create distinct work stations and display surfaces. The kitchen bar is accented by alabaster lighting above, but hides the work surface behind it. The guest in the living room need never see the drama going on in the food preparation area.

We added sconce lighting to these faux finished columns to enhance the night time beauty as the owners enjoy their Lake Michigan views.

These columns have been marbleized to enhance their simple concrete beginnings. Ask us about our faux finishing services.

Just outside this door is halequin wallpaper. We used this as our inspiration for this faux painted feature.

The bathroom features a suspended glass and chrome sink, and mirrored back wall.

Crema Marfil marble inserts are added to this Emperador Dark marble shower enclosure to create a simple, yet dramatic design.

We could not embellish the walls of the bath without leaving our mark on the floor design.

This guest bath features a "banjo" extension beyond the vanity. This gives extra display space and can lend support to individuals with disabilities.

We have seamlessly joined maple, stainless steel and glass counter tops into one beautiful, multi-level unit.

The already breathtaking Lake Michigan view was enhanced by a soffit with up lighting and recessed down lighting.

The suspended glass sink and slate wall are illuminated with lights hidden under the medicine cabinet. Clean, Simple, Elegant.
